Wednesday

• Jay J. Sundvold made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on March 15. Sundvold is being held without bond.

• Kathy Mala Leothi made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Ryan James Mathews made an initial appearance on a interference with official acts charge and a public urination charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 13 in Magistrate Court.

• Mary Kathryn Goad made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Taylor Reichardt will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on March 3. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party as well as a gun rights prohibition.

• Bethanee Nichole Aldama made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. Aldama pleaded guilty to both charges. On the no insurance charge, the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Maria Cecilia Perez made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 6 in Magistrate Court.

• Marsiano Jose Galvez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Chris Claussen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 4. Bond will continue as posted.

• Brynn Elizabeth Diederichs made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Diederichs pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

Tuesday

• Jon M. Kurth made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact hearing charge. A hearing has been set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 21.

• Daniel Charles Knapp made an initial appearance on a pretrial release violation. The court ordered that Knapp be released through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours.

• Timothy Daryle Sletten made an initial appearance on 21 counts of fraud and ongoing criminal conduct. Sletten will hire Chad Frese. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 24. Bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety.

• Benjamin Larry Earnest Kutzner made an initial appearance on a control of a firearm by a felon charge, a control of a firearm by a domestic abuse offender charge, a going armed with intent charge, a harassment-first degree charge and an assault while displaying a dangerous weapon charge. Christopher Claussen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 22. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Tyler Scott Kinkade made an initial appearance on a interference with official acts charge. Kinkade pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Trenton Robert Brekke made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge and a violation of a no-contact/contempt of court charge. Aron Vaughn is acting as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on March 2. The preliminary hearing on the new charge is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 24. Bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party as well as a gun rights prohibition.

• Dionte Bryant Trimble made an initial appearance on a failure to appear charge. An arraignment hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 1. Trimble is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours.

• Noah De Jesus Fonseca made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Fonseca pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
