Commentary on Odessa Man Single-Vehicle ATV Accident on 11th Street in Ector County
With non-standard vehicles like this, it’s important to make sure investigators are truly being thorough. Did they look for mechanical issues? Was the vehicle in poor condition? Was alcohol involved? Were there hazards in the roadway? Were there any other vehicles involved that left the scene? Even if a particular factor seems unlikely, it’s important that folks know they’re getting the full story. That’s especially true if the facts can work toward getting them the help they need.
