AT the outset, advance happy and prosperous New Year to everyone.
Let us start this coming year 2022 by learning how we can maintain good health and wellness –with sound body, mind and soul – whether we are an elderly or old-aged, a middle-aged or a young individual.
I have encountered some posts by friends in my Facebook page that made me ponder and I would like to share these to our readers. These are very relevant to the maintenance of man’s health and wellness.
Accordingly, we must bear in mind and let us observe these advices by the unknown authors as our barometer for the purpose – that negative emotions harm our body, and that some practices that we do could unknowingly impair our health and wellness.
Negative emotions harm the body
Feeling and exhibiting negative emotions are detrimental to man’s body. Here’s how ––
– Anger weakens the liver.
– Grief weakens the lungs.
– Worry weakens the stomach.
– Stress weakens the heart and brain.
– Fear weakens the kidney.
Hence, practice positive emotions in contrast with those mentioned above to keep a healthy body anytime.
Common practices that impair health
The following medical information is very important to be understood – health and wellness are at stake if we are not aware of these phenomena and we keep on doing such – thus, impair our health status.
– The stomach is injured when you do not have breakfast in the morning.
– The kidneys are injured when you do not even drink 10 glasses of water in 24 hours.
– The gallbladder is injured when you do not even sleep until 11 o’clock in the evening and do not wake up to the sunrise.
– The small intestine is injured when you eat cold and stale foods.
– The large intestines are injured when you eat more fried and spicy foods.
– The lungs are injured when you breathe in smoke and stay in a polluted environment of cigarettes.
– The liver is injured when you eat heavy fried, junk and fast foods.
– The heart is injured when you eat your meal with more salt and cholesterol.
– The pancreas is injured when you eat sweet things because they are tasty and freely available.
– The eyes are injured when you work in the light of mobile phone and computer screen in the dark.
– The brain is injured when you start having negative thoughts.
The above medical information will help us prolong our livability – our God given life – if we will do otherwise. However, to safeguard our very own soul from the punishment in the Lake of Fire come Judgment Day, our Almighty God has an urgent call to humankind.
Timely warning from God
The current pandemic which brought havoc and sad experiences to mankind is just one of the signs of what is supposed to happen in the near future – the Second Advent of Lord Jesus Christ. The other signs are strong earthquakes, famine, poverty, world war, among others.
While we are very much afraid of the fatal effects of Covid-19 infection – the pandemic affecting the lives of mankind economically, emotionally, psychologically, mentally, and physically – we must also be aware of the extreme warning that the one true God wants us to do prior to the forthcoming wrath of this world.
The magnitude of the danger caused by this phenomenon is not only global but also celestial – the whole universe will be affected – both living and non-living things. Hence, this great phenomenon is much, much more dangerous than the current pandemic that we are experiencing! Do you know why?
According to the authorities, the Big One – a Magnitude 8 earthquake is inevitable – is also a sign of the forthcoming phenomenon.
All of the government agencies including the local government units (LGUs) are preparing for the possible effects that will be brought forth by the said disaster.
In fact, evacuation centers are being readied nowadays in every barangay that is expected to be the affected areas. Likewise, drills are being done in preparation for the occurrence of the calamity and everyone is being alerted about the Big One.
If we are preparing for a forthcoming disaster like the Big One and we are very cautious about the pandemic that may affect us physically, why not do something to save our soul at this point in time?
Please be advised that all of us have our own obligation to ourselves for the sake of our very own souls. Then, what must be done? Let us heed and adhere to the advice from the Almighty God and from Lord Jesus Christ––the designated Savior of mankind.
Past and present INC Executive Ministers are likened to Noah (below) who warned the people of a coming flood.
During the olden times, when God saw the sinful lives of the people that He created, He instructed Noah to build an Ark and to profess to the people to change the way of their life for good because the world will be cursed by God through the Great Flood, and all those who will enter the Ark will be saved.
The people during that time did not abide by the advice of God through Noah to change their sinful lives. Likewise, when the intense rains come, they did not also adhere to the persuasion made by Noah to enter the Ark as advised by God.
The end result was that only eight persons together with a pair of all animals that entered the Ark have been saved. Only those people who followed the instructions from God did survive.
During this time, God also commissioned the Last Messenger in the person of Brother Felix Y. Manalo – like Noah – to preach the pristine words of God written in the Holy Scriptures.
And on July 27, 1914, Brother Felix registered the Church Of Christ or Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) in the Philippine government. The mentioned date was the same date when the First World War erupted, that was the signal of the Church’s re-emergence in the Far East – the Philippine Islands – in these Last Days.
The restoration and the re-emergence of the First Century Church––the Church Of Christ established by Lord Jesus Christ Himself happened during that very day, as prophesized in the Holy Scriptures.
This Church was likened by the Almighty God to the Noah’s Ark. Accordingly, all of the people who will enter this Church – considered by Lord Jesus Christ as His Body, the Flock – will be saved.
The relationship is like that of a New Man being mentioned in the Holy Bible. Lord Jesus Christ is the Head and the members of the Church, in particular, is His Body which is composed of the different parts – the millions of INC members – who were bought by His own blood. The Head is Lord Jesus Christ and the Body is the Church. Which Church? Of course, the body must bear the name of its head, thus, the Church of Christ.
Please be reminded that the Almighty Father do not look at the number, like in the time of Noah. God only considered just a few people who entered the Ark as instructed due to their obedience to God – and they were saved from the Great Flood.
So, let us try to heed and adhere to the advice of Lord Jesus Christ, and by the Almighty Father to enter the Church Of Christ.
The Bible also teaches that those who will be punished in the Lake of Fire come Judgment Day – the Second Advent of Lord Jesus Christ – are as many as the sand in the seashores. Imagine that, please!
Entering the Church Of Christ will serve as the vehicle for salvation come Judgment Day – like the Ark of Noah – when God will subject the entire world to the Lake of Fire – like the Great Flood in the olden times.
Pandemic due to Covid-19 and the Lake of Fire come Judgment Day are both dangerous to man’s body, mind and soul.
Please enter the Church Of Christ – as God exhorted and instructed for man to do – which was established by Lord Jesus Christ and be saved come Judgment Day! Remember the story of the Great Flood. As the saying goes, “history repeats itself”, especially if the stern and ultimate warning is absolutely coming from God! Be one of those few God chosen ones – follow His instructions now!

Have a healthy and sound body, mind, and soul anytime and every time as well as anywhere and everywhere – starting this New Year.
Most importantly, let us be bound together as one body of Lord Jesus Christ – the global Church of Christ so as to fell and experience and the blessings of Lord Jesus Christ and of the Almighty God – our protectors and our providers of the needs of our daily lives, until we receive the promised salvation come Judgment Day.
