WHAT: Board of education meeting Tuesday
PRESENT: Tony Perrone, Mary Ann McMahon, Kim Barrell, Chris Chieffo and Michele Lamb
The board:
• Hired John Tripodi as a bus mechanic on an as- needed basis at $30 per hour at an approximate cost of $19,000;
• Hired Zachary Blevins as a districtwide IT support technician eight hours per week;
• Accepted a donation of student coats, hats and scarves from the Warren Rotary Club;
• Set the organizational meeting for 5 p.m. Jan. 11 at Niles Primary School.
