- Anita Jo Hopkins, 50, by Panola County Sheriff’s Deputy Ronnie Endsley for MTR/possession of controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram.
- Laura Diane Singletary, 40, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Stephen Gillie for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrested Wednesday, December 8, 2021 were:
- Olivia C Wilson, 23, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Stephen Gillie pursuant to Ector County warrant/failure to appear/possession controlled substance penalty group one measuring less than one gram.
- Blake Anthony Harp, 34, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Ronnie Endsley pursuant to local warrants/failure to appear/unlawful possession firearm by felon, failure to appear/possession controlled substance penalty group one measuing between one and four grams and failure to appear/possession controlled substance penalty group three measuring less than 28 grams.
- Fermin Antonio Hernandez-Calderon, 24, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jason Gradberg for no driver’s license (when unlicensed).
Arrested Thursday, December 9, 2021 were:
- Lonnie Dean Lloyd, 59, by Texas Department of Public Safety trooper Zack McBride pursuant to local warrant/motion to revoke/theft of property between $750 and $2,500.
- Julia Durrett Hunt, 40, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office deputy Tabitha Martinez pursuant to local warrant/commitment/possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring between four and 200 grams.
- Melanie Lois Hughlett, 41, by Panola County Sheriff Sarah Fields pursuant to out of county warrant/surety to surrender/possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring less than one gram.
- Sean Campbell Davis, 52, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office deputy Ronnie Endsley pursuant to local warrant/grand jury indictment/unauthorized use of a vehicle and pursuant to out of county warrant/credit card or debit card abuse.
- Jamie Ray Barnes, 43, by Carthage Police Department officer Jon Kassaw for terroristic threat against public servant, resisting arrest search or transport, public intoxication and harassment of a public servant.
