As of 5:15 a.m., state police said they had only responded to one incident in which a car went off the road in Sanbornton. Shortly before 6 a.m., the Department of Transportation reported a crash on Interstate 89 north in Sutton that had the left lane closed. Officials are expecting to respond to multiple crashes as the storm continues to bear down. A winter storm warning is in effect for all of New Hampshire through late Friday night for tricky travel and significant snowfall expected.
